always wondered. How much water do you add when you start stirring and how long do you stir before you add the rest ? never seen the method and want to try it ! thanks for all the great reviews.

Thanks Jared! I appreciate that. I use 75g of water, stirred for 30 seconds, then I add the rest of the water and wait an additional 3ish minutes.
