I love it when you change up like this. Out of the blue, Sichuan dish reviews. Nice job with the sticks! That spicy noddle looked of the chain. I think they use a clear pepper oil to give it the spice heat.

Some have asked that I include different stuff from time to time because I am a food enthusiast. I think most of my viewers are as well. And there's some great variety of restaurants in NY and surrounding areas. Those were Dan Dan noodles with a twist, not sure if they were Dan Dan on the menu but very similar. Lots of numbing Asian pepper.

I lived in Chengdu for 5 years and I never once had a bad meal that was local cuisine. I've had my fair share of bad American food in Chengdu but never once anything but the highest level of cooking ever. Another cool thing about it there is that it's just as cheap to eat out as it is to cook for yourself.

I think the same can be said for our Chinatowns here all around the city. Very affordable and just as economical as cooking it yourself. Thanks for sharing your story.

I was actually very disappointed with the voiceover. I was thinking on the fly. I really dislike doing voiceovers but I didn't want to yell in the restaurant lol and there was music playing. Thanks Noah.

WOW the food looked amazing. I know I would have loved those spicy wontons. I miss the really good Chinese restaurants down in Flushing Queens Main St. I did find a good Thai restaurant here in AZ. They are a little pricey but the food is really good. Hey who says Antonio have to eat pizza all the time. LOL

NJ has better Szechuan food than NY. Marlboro where I work has two good ones though one has become take out only since Covid.
