I asked him, “my time is best utilized networking, selling and being in front of the camera. My skills are limited behind the camera. I want to hire a “Drock” (like Gary Vee) but my funds are limited. Should I get an intern or jump straight into paid employment??”

He answered - “Have 3-5 interns jockey for the position. Decide which one best fits your requirements and shares your hustle and passion. Give them a few months to learn from you and be inspired by your leadership. Once their work shows an ROI then start paying them.”
