This was the next interation of "Thunderbirds" - Gerry & Silvia Anderson took the tech and learnings from that and Space 1999 (I swear, Mary Falconer looks like Barbara Bain's character) and put it into Terrahawks. Windsor Davis was classic with his very unique voice from "It 'Aint Half Hot Mum". This in the early 80's it was so awesome.

@@hanzosikuno you couldn't because star wars didn't invent the concept of droids, there's plenty of pre star wars Sci fi that use androids and robots of varying descriptions. Lucas didn't even coin the phrase droid, he got it from a 1952 story by Mari Wolf "Robots of the world! Arise".

I was at a Power Rangers (mainly) themed convention a few years ago, which a background prop / model artist/painter from the show had brought a good bit of his props with him and was doing autographs/telling stories about time on the set. The painting and art style was very detailed and unique and stayed with me (no doubt, why he was hired) -- it looked really good on cameras with even the tiniest of pieces. I was instantly brought back to my time with the guy and his work when I saw some of the "macro-scoped" vehicles and backgrounds. He also said he'd done work with the (original) Jurassic park series' of movies too. Apparently, the person who'd done a lot of the props for JP, also had made / designed some of them for Terrahawks as well. If that's true, that's cool! I wouldn't doubt it one bit.
