The ‘Wintering’ book is great, so is ‘How to Winter’ by Kari Leibovitz. I embrace the seasons, lean in rather than resist. January is going to January no matter what 😊 It’s good to catch yourself from moaning about the weather, long month, grey, cold. Look at the cosy little things you can do to make you feel good. Warm lights, read more, go to the cinema, candles, layer up, get out in nature , it will definitely improve your mood.

I rarely watch Sheerluxe a bit cringy but this issue was much better more natural and funny. I wish women especially would understand that if your watching yourself too much it’s uncomfortable for us to watch. My advice please just relax as much as you can and be yourselves.
