This looks close to the Conspiracy Unraveler list. There is def something here! Plus it gets an upgrade when Ominiscience comes to Standard with that new "core" set

Crokeyz got na(r)ds. (For anyone that’s ever seen the Monster Squad, you’re welcome!) PS That combo is disgusting.

Is Standard a busted format now? Starting to wonder.

dies to removal, a counterspell and mono red, format is the same as it ever was

@@JaxonRabbit more the format as a whole. Roots combo, this deck, leyline, even GB with Vraska. Viable combo strategies and sometimes not even your plan A. Format seems more powerful than a typical standard that I remember. Even Caretaker Talent decks draw most of their deck despite being fair.

@@hansenchrisw things are only broken if they're oppressive in the meta, meathook massacre 1 was 'broken' because it entirely cut aggro out of the meta, in terms of aggro vs midrange vs control as rock paper scissors meta goes it's fine is power creep a thing, sure, but magic has gone through power creep and power dampening sets for literal decades, bloomburrow is one of the most 'fair' sets in a long time where none of the cards are super busted, now we get 2 cycles in overlords and glimmers that are pushed enough to perhaps see modern play but is it broken? i don't think so, as long as everything has a plan that works against it relatively, that's the best u can get in a game if you are losing to enchantments, play more enchantment removal or go faster than them, or go bigger than them, that's how it works
