I like Tested, yes some of the content seems to be "rushed" but I get it. Though I don't understand why you guys chose to disable comments on the "Positive/Negative Pressure PC" video?? if you make content that is as bad and thoughtless as that video was you should be prepared for people to tear it apart. You guys are smarter than that video and know better. I would like to see it revisited with a more scientific approach.

Hexisu I played it back in September and have been bugging Weta about release dates. The just launched on Kickstarter today and are set to ship in December. I can't wait to get my copy. They should be at Emerald City Comicon this year and I will go get a game or two in there as well. It definitely has replayability. I am a guy with hundreds of games in my house and know this will be played a ton.

just so everyone is clear, there are a couple of startups like this at Weta that arent fully endorsed per se. Weta encourage original content creators a platform to develop their work. So bear in mind that this doesnt represent Weta's foray into tabletop gaming and a challenge to existing platforms. It represents that they're supportive of up and coming local NZ creators, many of whom only get the opportunity to develop their original stuff because they're involved in legit Weta productions. So basically, it's not supposed to challenge Battletech/WH40K. Chill the fuck out

Designs are okay but it's not Shoji Kawamori's industrial mecha designs. When the guy say Ad. Corporations I was thinking of the very 1st Armored Core (Again shoji kawamori lead designer.)

Obviously, the miniatures are fantastic, since they came from WETA, but... what's the point? looks like something that could be better done as a computer game. Tabletops are great for things that get to complex to program -DnD type games - but this looks incredibly simple and you'd get a lot more out of it with just a little bit of animation or destruction. I'd like to be optimistic, but the only thing that actually sounds cool is the big mech, which.... isn't that original.
