The RE20. It was mu go to kick mic since the 80's. Don't use it live much anymore but still have used it for recordings. Awesome kick mic that not alot of newer engineers even know about.

25:42 - In firmware versions prior to 3.0, it was possible to assign any channel to talkback, rather than selecting a preset channel via the mixer settings.

To modernize your 'grey' wing, you could try to find someone who could create a vinyl wrapping ( sticker) to overlay the wing control surface. The dimensional drawing is available for download, only the text is missing. I'm thinking about using the midas blue color for that to create a 'Ming' 🤔

Salut, merci pour cette vidéo. Perso, je prendrai la version Rack, car plus adaptée quand je joue à la drums derrière et que je fais le son!!! Par contre, je garde ma Wing actuelle car c'est une merveille ! Et aussi mon S32 et mon SD16 ! Je les garde aussi !!

Some of the channels that already had the compact and rack are not near as experienced as you. One guy doesn't even have any technical concept of how simple things work and is more in the armature level but yet he gets gear and you do not? Makes no since.
