Man, what a deal on that Jerkin!!
@thurin84 Жыл бұрын
the m1917 jerkin is epic. the clamp is a woodworking clamp. my grandpa who was a pattern maker had a set just like that. been to the show once in 86. made out like a bandit horse trading. dont know if ill ever make it back.

Some fantastic fineds, Max reminds me of the saying in the TV and filming industry "Never work with children or animals."

Yep, I agree! He is a very social cat but he seems to become even more social when I set up for filming. Thanks for the comments as always! It was a fun show and I will say that I took my long list of things I am looking for and the only item I was able to cross off the "prepared" list was the Air Transport Command cap. I guess that is why I love this show is that you never know what you are going to com across!

That over coat is awesome. Great price too.

Thanks Kenneth...wasn't really planning on buying an overcoat as they take up so much space (and are heavy to boot) but I just couldn't pass this one up!

@@keepemrolling2908 I wouldn't have passed that up either. I just did a video on CBI patches a couple days ago. If you didn't see it take a look at it. Liked watching your cat helping you in your video.

Thanks for giving prices as always interesting! Never been to the SOS as I’m over in the U.K. but it’s on my bucketlist! How many stalls are there? Our biggest show in the U.K. held at Stoneleigh has about 400 stalls.

I am always on the fence about if I should give "prices paid" but I do feel that it helps other collectors to see what things are selling for! As for the show, I understand it would be a bit of a trip for you! Likewise, I want to get across the pond to attend some of your shows at some point. I am going to guess that the SOS has around 1600 tables of items. Some vendors have one or two tables while others have a dozen or more so I would say if we broke it down into "stalls" you might be looking at (average) 500 give or take. P.S. I hope you can make it at some point. If you decide to come, let me know!
