Finished the story of Spiderman last week, wrapped up the side activities, challenges etc. and the Platinum this week (except fort he benchmarks, grinding those is just ridiculous). Allready miss the game and October can't come soon enough. What i loved the most about it, is the fact that ... okay, soo ... i love DV, Batman especially. And i - unlike what seems pretty much the rest of the entire world - enjoyed the DCEU movies so far. But what i really love about Spiderman (and what i missed about Superman especially) is the fact that he really thrives being Spiderman. Its something the thoroughly enjoys. And they really nailed Peter Parker/Spiderman in this game (says me, as someone who likes Spidey but never really read any of his comics, so maybe i'm completely wrong and they didn't get it right at all). It also made me pick up Spider-Gwen. Also ..."there were shocking moments" - shows footage of the Shocker. Is that a visual pun ? Did Ellen do that ?

The traversal, combat, voice acting etc were all great in Spider-man, but I also think it was the best representation of New York in a videogame. They nailed the density and verticality of the city. I would love to see a L.A Noire/Mafia style game set in *this* New York.
