Guys Lea is amazing and everything. But can we just appreciate what an amazing interviewer Paul is? Like he goes to the "phanboy" mood, he makes the interview fun and also makes a lot of jokes (in general) and keeps the interview fresh and nice. And doesnt interrupt the person talking (like a lot of interviewers do). It doesnt feel like interviews it feels like a normal conversation between friends
