I loved Guanajuato when I visited in 2000. Long time ago! I remember we would eat at a restaurant named VIPS.

VIPS: that was, in my days there, "where all the gringos would eat". I only ate there once or twice, but at the one in Leon. I felt so American when I went in there. Funny!
