I was around 300lbs when I graduated from highschool this June. Now I’m 245lbs , in the best shape of my life and trying to get a spot on a Division 1 college football team. That’s with having a torn meniscus, having $0 in my bank account and my father becoming an alcoholic and going missing due to depression. We all have the ability to change something about our life. Even if it’s as little as brushing ur teeth twice a day instead of once. A step forward puts u ahead of most of society automatically

The pandemic actually motivated me to exercise for the first time in my life. I obviously started slow with just basic aerobics, but now I can do 50 pushups, planks, 2-3 km jogging and more. Ofc I'm nowhere close to Hamza levels of thiccness, but it's definitely better than me being skinny and anorexic at the beginning of college

Since the pandemic I started having anxiety for the first time in my life. But I kept working on myself and my old traumas. Even though the pandemic sucked ass, it made me stronger mentally and physically. Physically I’m in my best shape ever.
