Another thing that annoys me in the Kaiju community is that they think that lifting strength is more impressive than striking strength which is false. A perfect example for this is lifting a 20 pound rock which is easy, but then try smashing the rock to bits with your fist which is impossible.

A reason why it's hard for me(maybe for other people) to understand Showa Godzilla's power is that his films do not match his statements. You look at anime and comics and scaling matches with the statements(for the most part). For the longest time, I was under the impression that Heisei was the strongest due to the large explosions shown. Power scaling is interesting to listen too and I love the math that occasionally goes with it(I guess that's why they call it power-scaling?). Awesome video and keep doing you.

I don’t see why fans see the 4D scaling to be iffy. It’s pretty consistent in Zone Fighter. Godzilla is equal to Zone Fighter. Simple. Earth fans be like: "Earth destroyed a Black Hole and he fought Void Ghidorah he should win!!!!" If anything Earth barely gets past Godzilla vs Megaguirus Godzilla, yes Earth survived, yes he destroyed the Black Holes, but there's one thing Earth goons simply don't understand cause they think that 2017s and 2018s are better than the 70s 80s and 90s: and that thing is that Void Ghidorah is not on his true form, sure he did start the battle at his true form, but the thing is that on his true form Void Ghidorah literally made Godzilla Earth be helpless against him, Earth only managed to overpower Void Ghidorah when the latter was on his avatar form (thanks to Haruo Sakaki shattering Metphies garbetrium, otherwise Earth would've died here), meanwhile both Heisei and Showa have better feats of surviving Black Holes and so on, Showa fought a guy who is literally stated to be invincible in space and that not even Black Holes would be able to kill him. Not to mention even as early as 1991, Heisei already had Black Hole stuff, cause the small dorats had Black Holes inside them and they should still have them even after mutating into King Ghidorah and Heisei beat the L out of Ghidorah, so if anything Earth is too weak for these 2 guys. This is like putting Saitama against DBZ and DBS Goku. PS: debate both KOTM and HeiseiGodzillaSolosW on their Discord if you Earth goons still think that your old man Jenkins could beat up those 2.

The mental image of Showa Godzilla suplexing Void Ghidorah because they are both 4D, while Earth can't comprehend both of their true forms, is probably the funniest thing to think about from this whole video. I hope this isn't rude to ask, but would Mothra Leo swaping places with MV Godzilla 2014 lead to interesting match ups from their respective film series?

From what I know, Mothra Leo is 3 times stronger then Heisei Mothra Imago. So he would easly beat every Monsterverse creature in his base form with little to no difficulty.

@@MutolatorGTO what I find interesting about one of the guides I have is that it lists Heisei Mothra as the 4th Generation Mothra, yet it acknowledges that she is seperate from the Showa Mothra's. It says that each generation of Mothra becomes more powerful than the previous one. Yet it does not list Rebirth Mothra as part of the "Next Generation" above Heisei Mothra. Also I tried using Google translate to see what it has to say about Leo, and it consistently says that he is "Become the Ultimate Mothra, more powerful than Crab and his Mother." I wish I knew Japanese to understand what word was being butchered by Google translate.

@@beedrillbot121 It could just be that Leo's Mother and Imago are the alternate versions of the same character, since Leo's Mother is confirmed to be created indentical to GvM Mothra. Also it depends when your guidebook was written. It could be that it was made before the Mothra trilogy, since the 1st Mothra movie came after GvD. But the point is that Leo is the strongest Mothra to exist and has been confirmed multiple times by various sources.

I'll never understand the 'size is better' argument because it seems to almost always apply strictly to giant monsters and not human-sized fighters. Look at Superman as the perfect example; Superman, in his peak (which is Pre-Crisis), can literally sneeze away entire universes. It's cartoonish and silly, sure, but it's his scaling. Size literally doesn't matter at that point. If people wanna go 'thas dum and nerdy', fine, but don't make up false arguments just to 'prove a point', it makes NO sense at all and only goes to make a person look uneducated and childish. It'd be like if a hater of D&D suddenly walked in and told the fans what the rules are when they've never even played the damn game before. Owait, that's already happening. Nvm. Either way, great video. Don't let idiots make you feel like your opinion's not valid because it absolutely is. Even then the shield isn’t impenetrable. It’s broken on screen by Mechagodzilla city battle guns and Battra who was weaker than Earth brute forced his way through it. Even if Earth is stronger, Showa is massively faster and also has adaptation too. He’d just speedblitze and outhax either way if you said Earyh is more powerful.
