Quite easily, the others joined Rod and Romeo as Showaddywaddy, therefore they ARE Showaddywaddy, the same as anyone who joins an already established band are then part of that band. Why should they change their name because they weren't in it from the get go? You could say the same as most bands who have had head changes over the years.
