I loved showaddywaddy when I was a kid. As my depressive tendencies started to be exposed I was looking for sad songs that spoke of how I felt. This does that so well particularly for that time but it carries on forever. Beautiful sad song

Most underrated band ever! Self penned album tracks were never released as singles so the mainstream public got to know them as a covers/rock n roll revival band, and never judged them on their songwriting and 1st class musicianship.only the diehards know how good they really were! Dan.

Dave Bartram sat next to me -singing this song at the 'Night Out' in Birmingham. He sang it to the girl sitting at my table....not me. (John)

Oh dear I'm back here listening to this as I have since I was 11ish. And as happens when things get difficult and I start to fall down the same old self indulgent, wallowing, hole of self flagellation.
