@@Onteal yeah i’ve seen the stats for the build it is expensive but you only need 60 charisma you would have to sacrifice some talents for it that 20% dmg buff for block breaking charmed enemies would break the game i have a build with it on a non int build and non strength build on my wraith claw build it does 2 bars on uppercut combo

Table flip doing double dmg is something that happened on block break im psure and im p sure that was patched awhile ago
