Fun fact: Outrageous Bobby (and other enemies with shields) have their shield take infinite damage from the bowling ball. This is very useful.

info about these enemy(from what i know, just going to extend or simple it) Outrage noob Punch: 35 dmg, basically enhanced hands barrage: 35 dmg, oh boy if you stand you get cheesed, more dangerous with no mercy Counter: just jump while attacking, they are stupid Outrage Gunmen Rocket: 35 damage, can friendly fire, use this as your advantage when you can, parryable too Counter: anything even other explosive and their own Outrage Bobby Shield HP: idk but it ALOT Charge: 35, annoying to me when they just knockback me Swing: 20 damage, not much important but they have insanely high hp Counter: Flame, freeze ray, super ball and it upgrade, any explosive, wrench and maybe wall Outrage Emerald Blaster Double shot/Double barrel(idk what the gear called): 5 dmg each pellet (25 total for one shotgun, 50 for two) Counter: anything, easy to dodge(maybe) Outrage Trooper Unload/AK-47: 20 dmg each bullet Multi rocket: 30 dmg Counter: anything but more effective when you parry his bullet or rocket(atleast 1 maybe) back to him Outrage Killbot Mult-Strike: 30 dmg each rocket (90 dmg total) Counter: grapple hook, coming to them with jets boots Outrage Mark Kick: 40 damage, BIG knockback Unload/Barrett 50 Cal.: 55 dmg each shot (550 dmg total) Counter: Take cover or weapon + sword or it upgrade Outrage Knight Swing: 30 dmg Spin: 20 dmg, just go in circle then attack them with ranged gears or bomb them with timebomb Outrage Crown Slash: 60 dmg each slash (180 dmg total) Buff: basically buff other enemy Counter: anything for him and buffed ally Slash counter: Parry it using sword and it upgrade Outrage Bombhead: Kamikaze: 9999 damage, instantkill Counter: use ranged weapon or bait him to suicide then ran You can use teddy to survive the blast Outrage Freezer: Slash: 25 dmg each slash (50 dmg total, freeze you) Ice blast: 40 dmg(freeze you) (Idk what it called but it just same attack when king swing his sword to ground: 35 dmg(freeze you) Counter: go move left or right then dash on opposite direction, all his attack is unparry able, so wait him to stand still(and used his blast) then attack him Outrage Freezer(Enraged) Rampage blast: Run directly to target at this state, unparryable Counter: it better not to be close to him, attack him with ranged or wait his hp drained. Imagine if theres a mode caled PWINNERS and basically all enemies can mimic you gunmans will have problably the paintball gun and noobs the sword and they can dash just like capitan and also are more smarter a true challenge

I think im gonna give them all nicknames instead of calling them "Outrageous [Enemy]" all the time: Noob -> OBC Noob, OBC is short for Outrageous Builder's Club back in the day Gunman -> Rocketman/Rocketeer Bobby -> Gladiator Emeraldblaster -> Goldblaster Trooper -> Rambo Killbot -> Gildbot/Glitzbot Mark -> Aimbotter Knight -> Lunatic Bombhead -> Warhead from The Battle Bricks Crown -> Slaver Freezer -> Cryo

Darn, no new outrageous that i don't have yet,, i already got all of those... + you're missing outrageous freezer. Also, I have 1 small question: is your index for bomb head 100% complete or not? I don't have it complete despite me grinding them SO MUCH... Is it even completable, or is it same as certain boss indexes, with N/A completion?

How do you spawn outrageous mark? Do you have to be lvl 75 to be able to spawn him? (that’s the lvl requirement for test.exe)

You just need the outrageous mod and you can get the outrageous enemies (including outrageous mark) I dont know if there's a level requirement though, I'm level 23 so

You need to kill an outrageous enemy to get that enemy. For example: if you see an outrageous noob ingame but dont kill it, you wont have it. however if you do kill it, you'll have it in sandbox.
