I saw a great mansion way bigger and more classier than these houses and actually more private, that only goes for Ksh 85.4m. For a million USD, I expect better finishes, open and larger spaces and a classy building. You are content with your money being ripped off your pockets. And no, the house wasn't wooden

I loved everything about the houses but kindly next time work on the spacings in between the closets. Amazing job Cytonn team.

Some tips for Kenyan builders from somebody who works in the west. The light fixtures could be better, the fireplace is too bland, the cheap ceramic tiles need to be replaced with marble flooring. The houses can't look like clones side-by-side. Otherwise the home looks good, especially the pool and landscaping. This is the highest level of quality in Africa that I've seen outside of Egypt and South Africa. Well done.

These homes are the It for their class and surroundings in Kenya...Understand this, I've seen a kenyan girl who lives at one of these country estates make a $500,000 (Dollars) commission check for a 15 minute phone conversation, to bid on hospital bedsheets! She does this at least 6 times a year and shes not even 30 yet! Her next door neighbor gave her the lead because he thought the commission was too small for his family's name and prestige :) You see my friend, these homes bring you connections for biz not just a place to sleep!
