To be honest just don’t use heat unless you need to for example when you have time to air dry your hair it really helps I don’t use heat and I have really thick hair xx❤️❤️ Thanks for 100 likes ❤️❤️

I agree lovely, I air dry mine and only use straighteners on extra special occasions (couple of times a year maybe!) Hairdressers always comment they can tell I don't use heat on my hair. It's down to my waist and thick. I use a lot of oil sprays and try not to wash it much (twice a week usually, sometimes once) x

the shampoos and conditioners are expensive, around £30 or above for a bottle of each. I have slightly thicker hair than hers but i know that a bottle like that wouldn't last me for very long at all, so its completely understandable if she doesnt want to spend so much money every month because it adds up to a lot

I haven’t used heat on my hair regularly in nearly a year and it’s so strong and healthy! Leave your hair to dry naturally and braid it for waves. Only use heat when it’s necessary and embrace natural hair x

Black castor oil is amazing for hair growth! I have naturally curly hair and I haven’t used heat on my hair in over a year and my hair has gotten so much thicker and healthier ☺️ best thing I ever did was to stop straightening my hair

Vitamin B and Vitamin D are good to take. Reducing heat on your hair and also not tying your hair up a lot help with hair snapping. I’d also say having a good cut will probably make you feel a bit better about your hair if you have a lot of split ends.

Ana put Moroccan argon oil in your hair once a week and leave it in for at least 5-6 hours. Honestly I have done this my hair has grown so much and has become so think. No tablets are not needed as they do not work!!

Ana I did that with my upstairs shower in my house as well and I completely wrecked the ceiling in my kitchen and my parents were NOT impressed lol!! It's easy enough to clean up as well just let it dry out and you can paint over it downstairs!! Our ceiling nearly came down thankfully I stopped the water in the shower before it could come down!! It was a week before my Leaving Cert exam (its like A Levels) as well. Nightmare. :(

Mane and tail - can get on amazon or Sainsbury’s. My hair is thin and never grows, been the same for years. But used this and seen a massive difference, even my hairdresser noticed a difference. i LOVE chiquitos its hoestly amazing. on some of the dishes you can get thing thing called double up where they give you double the amount of meat for like £2 extra. they give you loadsssss of food and do churrios for dessert so my fave place every (and can get 2 for 1)

I have had the exact same problem with my hair! I have found that the Lee Stafford hair growth range is amazing for strengthening, especially the protein cream and leave in treatment that you put on your hair after you have washed it! Has helped my hair so much x

Sea kelp tablets are amazing for hair- I used to have really thin, limp hair when I was younger and I started taking sea kelp tablets to make it shiny and it ended up making my hair really thick and long!

top hair tips ana: •use a brush that wont damage your hair as much and try not to brush it when its wet otherwise it breaks more. •do hair mask every so often to care for your hair and give it some nutrients. •make sure you have a good shampoo and conditioner that suits your hair type •try not to die/bleach , purple shampoo as much •dont wash your hair everyday or too often as it strips natural oils that are good for your hair. •dont use heat as often and if you do use heat protection spray hope this helps you out ana some tips that i follow to keep my hair healthy ❤

I'd speak to a good hairdresser about your hair! Coconut oil and hair masks should do you well. Don't tie your hair up if wet. Use heat protectent & use as little heat as possible!

Same with my hair! Plan made with my hair dresser Auntie was trim off the split ends, then hair mask once a week and trim every few weeks to keep the split ends away (got to cut the off to stop hair breakage). I also use argon oil if I straighten or curl my hair more than once between washes

I'm a hairdresser, I would highly recommend extentioniste from kerastase and also use a heat protector. Keep up with not using much heat and also try not to brush your hair as much when it is wet! Also Another top tip is for thicker longer hair fish is amazing and helps alot!x

For my hair the easiest thing that I do is naturally dry my hair as often as I can and refrain from brushing it whilst it's drying which apparently stops it from snapping as much. Using oils in the ends works as well but I'm not expert❤❤ love your videos anna!!

You should use coconut oil in your hair, leave it it for around an hour then wash it out with your regular shampoo and conditioner. I also recommend a deep conditioner, one that is nourishing and split end repair works really well💜 Hope this helps

to help your hair grow you can daily massage ur hair, brush your hair for 2 mins a day, don't wash your hair as much, don't put lots of oils, sprays in ur hair as it will make you feel like u need to wash ur hair x i have tried to grow my hair too! these r the best tips that have worked for me xx

For me I let my hair air dry as much as possible and use only a small amount of heat. I also don't brush my hair while it is wet as it is more likely to break when wet. I also wash my hair twice a week but I do wash it with shampoo twice when it is washed so it's clean. They are the main things I do with my hair and it is currently down to my hips.

A tip for your hair is leave coconut oil and conditioner in your hair overnight, wrapped up, and wash it out with your normal shampoo and conditioner in the morning, I do this once a week and it has improved my hair so much!

Heya!! I use L’Oréal professional leave in condition on my hair over night, I just slab it on dry hair and then rinse and shampoo etc normal in morning, makes your hair feel amazing! I do it every Sunday night. You can buy the 500ml tubs for about 15 pound, made such a difference to my hair. Also purple shampoo is really drying so only use once a week and leave on for a couple mins xx

In regards to having healthier hair grow back! My mum has just been researching the 'curly girl' method. You can research it anywhere on KZbin but basically if you have any wave/curl to your hair or just want to protect it, there are all these tips to keeping it hydrated. ☁️ The best ones I have found are: • sleeping on a silk pillow case at night (to avoid breakage) • conditioning your hair before you shampoo to protect you ends • use a t - shirt to dry your hair to avoid friction • limit heat-styling and wash hair in luke warm water • find products with no sulphites, parabens etc • find a good leave in conditioner that has mostly natural ingredients • do a hair mask once per week • use clarifying shampoo once a month and try to wash your hair only 1-2 times per week • I hope this helps! 🖤
