OK when I read the name "Bob the drag queen" I'll admit I didn't expect much. I'll admit when I saw "Vogue" I expected less (Cos it feels like any queen could do Vogue)... and that was by far one of the most amazing lip sync performances I've ever seen and the most creative combo of song and spoken word, holy crap she better be on Drag Race this year because that's a fucking amazing queen! I mean really, this performance was 'A star is born!'. Even though many people had known how amazing Bob was in New York, it wasn't till just a few months before this was shot I came across their channel on KZbin with all those amazing performances. To me, and to many other fans I'm sure, it was just utterly gratifying to see Bob get the proper attention they deserve. Now none of us know Bob well in person but I truly hope that he feels the love and respect so many fans have for him. He's in that handful of Queens, growing by the year since drag has become so popular, that will always be able to pull an appreciative crowd who genuinely love the performer and performance.
