It really pains me to say this but I do not conduct any business matters on the phone with anyone with an Indian accent. It's not a racist stereotype. I've been contacted several times by scammers trying to get my SS number, telling me they're going to seize my assets, telling me that my credit cards have been compromised so they need to verify the number, etc. It's a huge problem. The last one just called me yesterday. I told him his mother should be ashamed that she has a thief as a son! Hope that struck a nerve at least.

I unknowingly attended interview to this type of tech support back in 2013 and they claim themselves they are helping the elderly in training. I quit after getting to know their scams and they immediately shifted their office 5days after that. I hope they got their karma sooner
