6th octave whistle that doesn't sound like it was finned out to almost none existence. My only issue with whistles is how unstable they are. For every memorable Mariah Carey whistle we know about there are probably a dozen that are brushed under the carpet. Still nice to know she has 2+ octaves over most female mainstream vocalists.

The Philippines vocalist love ballads. It's also a very good benchmark to compare vocalists with different characteristics when they cover timeless power ballads. My concern is that as these vocalists get more commerical successes they will transition away from these types of songs. I just hope it won't be completely forsaken because that would be a shame.
