If no one else has mentioned this, but Stan recorded this song as a memorial to his friend Sean Wainui who passed away last year. Sean was a top rugby player with a young family and went way before his time. Agreat tribute from Stan, his band The Levites and backing singers The Standard from lil ol New Zealand. my late wife loved him took our son to see him locally and sat right next to Stans mother and wife. my wife said definitely able to see where he gets his beautiful nature from after talking with his mother. we played one of his songs at her funeral "Aotearoa" you guys should check out the English and Maori versions

Yes Stan is Polynesian of Maori descent from New Zealand (although he was technically born in Aussie). Stan's voice is heaven sent, his range is phenomenal, powerful and clean. Arguably NZ premier male vocalist.
