this was awesome to watch! i do IEA at the moment and i love it, but just to point out, you only get to do 2 warm up jumps ( if u jump) in iea, no warm up for flat too. i’m so glad you posted!

Our school has a “walking escort” service with the safety patrol on campus. Unfortunately it’s veryyyy slow and impractical. Out of the many times our teammates and I have requested it, they’ve only shown up twice!
