Couldn't you stack those stair boards on top of each of each other when you make the cuts? That way you'd cut more than one at a time and they'd all be identical.

Just wondering if you are using 1 1/4" tsl rim board or 1 3/4" tsl for your stair stringers. Tsl definately seems to come much more uniform and straighter than lvl or dimensional lumber
