hey purge, any opinions a 1 1 3 build on weaver? obviously the long shukuchi cd means playing differently, only saving it defensively or finishing someone off, but imo whether the lane goes even, win, or lose, it helps. mainly against melee offlaners. against windrunner offlane or something I'd max shukuchi first like normal. I also think casual blight stone is core. even lane? you chip down the offlaner, it's exponentially more dps as you level it. winning lane? let's you push faster, boot out the offlaner, etc. and let's you jungle big camps absurdly fast. and you threaten tower if they eve leave to try and recover by ganking. losing lane? better for jungling and pushing/last hitting creep waves from under your tower imo, although I haven't done the hard maths.
