MGM Grand also announced a $300mil renovation of it's rooms. First renovated rooms expected to be available in March and entire renovation expected to be completed by end of this year.

We are going to Vegas from Nova Scotia Canada for the first time in August. Due to cost of flights unfortunately likely our only trip, but you never know. Love all your videos and definitely using them to try and plan our trip! We are thinking flamingo room at the Flamingo for 3 nights and Marra style king at Sahara for 3 nights. Any thoughts on those choices! Thanks for any input and keep the videos coming!

Hey Sir Jordan ! Lots of cool changes coming . Looking forward to Fiola Mare ..I loved Lakeside. While I’ll miss the Mirage ..I live in South Florida and really like the Hard Rock we have here . I think the Vegas one will be a great addition. Staying at Bellagio in May so hopefully the construction on their new retail and food space won’t drive me cuckoo lol . Great updates video 😎😎😎

Am subscribed and hit the like button. Stayed at the Mirage when it first opened. El Cortez has a nice casino. Couldn't play there since I worked for the owner. Like Country Western, but, not bars. Mandalay Bay is out of the way. If I get to go to Las Vegas in 2025 would probably stay at the Suncoast.

Predictions for 2025: F1 announces '25 will be final year on Vegas strip (possible relocation off strip). Strip gambling revenue and overall demand continues to soften. Only select downtown casinos showing year over year gains. Continued pushback on increased resort & parking fees, yet decreased service. As clientele gets younger, casinos will continue to looks for ways to increase revenue outside of gaming. Confirmation of A's move to Tropicana site but with a drastic cut to the budget/overall scope.

These hotels could at least update their resort fee amenities to reflect the times we're living in. It's pretty laughable that they list "unlimited phone calls" and "boarding pass printing" as a perk, as if that's some grand benefit. 🤣
