Actions Per Minute my friend, he's ALWAYS a good 50-80 APM every game. Zerg can NEVER win an even Army vs Army fight, Terran too tanky and Protoss too much AOE and Burst. But, when you know how to Swarm: You win every other engagement. destroy the production line, destroy the outer nexus, destroy misplaced battalions, then it will never be an Even Fight. If your army supply never is more than a Zergs: Sorry mate, it'll be GG. Yes, apm isn't the only way to win, I'm just sayin every great Zerg Player could literally play like a Swarm. Pretty frightening..

Very few players can take on the kinda army seen game 3, serrals use of infestors without the aid of many vipers was flawless in that match, taking advantage of any over extension made by showtime. No race is overpowered, they all have their weaknesses and all have their strengths, protos could be argued to be OP if you look at their ability to build the most OP army comp in the game. terran can also build an OP army with siege tanks and ghosts. zerg cannot build an OP army, best they can do it counter the OP armies, which is their strength and their weakness. If zerg were OP then i would expect this match to have been ZvZ not PvZ. One could potentially argue that zerg has a higher skill ceiling due to their need to expand very fast, manage creep and be able to counter the opponent and defend very sporadic base placements. Serral has simply gotten closer to that skill ceiling than any non korean has before.

Can't believe people are out here saying Toss is so OP. He turtled as hard as possible for the entire game and everyone is out here saying "WOW HOW DOES HE DO IT??? TOSS OP!" He had shield batteries, cannons and Sim city. On top of late game protoss units. Which are supposed to be strong. Even then that same comp lost the first two games because it's a dangerous tech switch. And beyond that, he never even left his side of the map. The key to zerg play is being able to fight, lose the fight but weaken enemy army, then use banked larva to build reinforcement wave of counter units for the win. Serral didn't really even have to do this, showing how dominant he was. Showtime was just straight out classed

Granted Serral was masterful in pulling that toss army out of position and split up. To me Hydras/Lurkers look a bit too strong at the moment but I am a toss main so I may be biased haha.

It wouldn't be, the Zerg anti-air would just target fire the cloaker and pick it off. Cloaking is completely useless at such a high level unless you're using dark templar sneak tactics.

Hello, I'm a newbie here. But could someone explain why Showtime's Protoss army kept being defeated in whole scale battle on the first round? I've seen their army looks evenly matched, but Serral keep winning majestly on a full battle. Does showtime make a mistake on the army variation?

It's true that both armies were about equal, but in the 1st game, but Showtime went for the capital ships (mothership, carriers) and archons. Those have very high damage output and utility, but their biggest drawback is that they aren't very mobile an that they have to stay together (that's called a "deathball"). Serral exploits these weaknesses optimally. Serral always has some units (zerglings/dropalords/...) which are more mobile and can do a nice bit of damage to the economy. If Showtime overreacts with a part of his army, Serral attacks the other part with his main army and crushes it. If he doesn't react, he loses economy. So Serral always forces Showtime to split his army optimally and that is not easy to do. In the end, Showtime is stuck on a dwindling 4-base-economy, while Serral takes the rest of the map and starves Showtime out of the game.
