Shpongle is amazing. I went with my friend for there second live US performance in NYC, and we tripped face together. we barely knew each other and by the end of the night we were best friends and we still are. I have visited Shpongleland, Shpongolia. and it's a very beautiful and wonderful place.

You go into a state where you can't move, your body and mind are totally disconnected and you can't move. It's like watching a movie in your head and it feels like your constantly floating forward. some people do K solely for K-holes. personally, I've never been a big fan cause K makes me nasueas and I always worry I'm going to asphixate on vomit in the hole. Shpongle is THE BEST band for k-holes though. I got a friend who puts every shpongle album on headphones on for every K-hole
