Bernth always impresses me. That harmonic at the 12 and then right into harmonic at the 5 was just too fast. If it hadn’t been tabbed I would not have figured out what he did.

You might consider Nattokinase for your back , as well as turmeric, glucosamine & chondroitin, and calcium or maybe bone broth soup. The nattokinase can help the body break down waste tissue to clear it and speed healing. The rest is supplementary. Some went for over the top technically and lost the melodic vibe, others kept it simple and stayed in the vibe, the best combined the crazy technicals with the vibe.
