I thought the guys who created him were just bored one night and while making dinner found a cheese grator and one said "wouldnt it be cool to fight a guy covered in these?" and then they made a one shot wonder villian who gained more popularity than expected and thus he stuck around.

Actual fact kevin eastman and peter laird the original creators of the teenage mutant ninja turtles franchise are big star wars fans it would be awesome if they could make a official star wars the clone wars crossover with their original teenage mutant ninja turtles mirage comics that would be awesome i wonder what would happen if the triceratons from the mirage comics became a third main faction in the clone wars alongside the fact the galactic republic and seperatists and the triceratons are trying to get the fugitoid to get the information on how to create a transmat device allowing them to teleport bombs for example into the jedi temple and imagine barriss offee joining the ninja turtles and the fugitoid and her starting a new life with the utroms from the mirage comics that would be awesome
