Is it acceptable to have hot glue on the back of the bow knot? How do you remove hot glue from fabric?

In my opinion, if it doesn't bother the bow itself, it should be fine, but again, you can finish your bow however you like. I don't believe there's a way you can remove hot glue from fabric
