Fun fact, the zoo I work at (Turtle Back Zoo in NJ) got one of the parthenogenic baby Komodos. His name is Shu and he is the sweetest giant lizard you'll ever meet. Almost Slinky level chill.

Nothing is better than a Jerry Collab!! Lilly seems so sweet. Shrek is so big. How old is he? Any comment readers know? I *love* monitors and wish I could keep one. I think it would be unfair for this type of animal to live in Idaho. It's freezing and raining today and it's almost June.

I think your monitors sniff your shoes because those shoes pick up and carry the scent of each creature you visit. This lets each one know who else lives in their neighborhood ! Just wish we could all "read" what the are thinking as they sniff out the messages from their neighbors !

If she's "het" meaning black dragon is recessive, as she appears "normal" that would mean if paired with a black dragon male you would get 50% black dragon, and 50% het. No normals as the dad would give every offspring a copy Het x Het would give you 25% black dragon, 50% het for black dragon, and 25% normal. You can't tell the hets from the normal, meaning they would be 66% chance for being het.

Somebody had posted it a little further down in the conversations. You are going to get 50% of them that come out visual black dragons. Anyone that doesn't come out visually being a black dragon will be 100% het black dragon.
