great result with a bit more quality in the middle of the park and up top we could have easily won this game 75 -25 possession is hard on a team at any level to compete and win games. a piece of quality from Tom Bloxham earned us a point. massive credit to the fans that travelled could hear them on the TV.

I really couldn't understand a lot of the decisions made by recent managers - sending Tom out on loan, not providing sufficient support for Daniel Udoh etc.. but Gareth is talking sense and giving players the chance to shine. Well done

Two poor teams. There's a lack of goals in Shrewsbury's squad; being defensively solid will only go so far without much of a threat up top. Pool are so poor, and going backwards. We'll stay up this season, but will struggle to do so in 2025/26 without significant investment in the squad. All the best to Salop.

Our best striker Udoh left in the summer and we lost Bowman . Both were decent goal threats . They were not properly replaced . Marquis seems past his best . Lloyd is ok but he does not score many .

@Matthew9818 yep, Udoh and Marosi are big losses. Savin was once being tracked by Spurs when at A S, but now looks a shadow of his former self. Beating teams around you is key to staying up; I hope you do, but am not convinced. The vultures will be circling for Bloxham, by far your best player.

Blackpool fan here - you parked the bus until we scored, then changed the system. As a result, you got 1pt out of the game. If Ainsworth had any cojones, he'd have attacked Pool from the start and may, just may, have taken all 3 pts. For the league position you're in, 1pt away from home isn't much to celebrate. Glad you're happy to get a draw, but the bigger picture suggests it'll do nothing for you in the long run. Gareth is a dinosaur.

We were 10 points off safety a few games ago and now we are 5 off it . We have been improving in the last few games . Worry about your own club .
