How did you upload this video format and it didn't get into the shorts?

I think there is a time limit for shorts and this vid is over 3 mins long

Shorts need to be under 60 seconds. Once a vertical video passes 60 seconds it goes to the normal feed with everything else. This video seems like it was optimised for TikTok's 5 minute vertical video format.
