Shrimp Curry Recipe

Ingredients and Additional Instructions below.
Ingredients
Some Oil
15 large Shrimps
2 packs of Snow White Mushrooms
3 tbsp of Curry Paste
1 tbsp of Chicken Soup Powder
1/4 tsp of Salt
3 tbsp of Sugar
1 tbsp of Chopped Dried Chili
1 small onion
1 carrot
1 tbsp of Fish Sauce
1 cup of Coconut Milk
2 1/2 cups of Water
4 Shallots
1/3 cup of Roasted Peanuts
Mix ingredients on the stove except Shrimp and Roasted Peanuts until vegetables are cooked. Add Shrimp last and cook for another 3 minutes. Add and mix Roasted Peanuts at the end. Done!
