Also, as someone who goes to a therapist and psychiatrist myself, I went through a couple myself. One needed more help than I did I think, lol. But anyways, now I have a great and sincere psychologist who I have a genuine bond with and trust. It really makes all the difference in the world. as for psychiatrists they're all going to try to prescribe you medication. it's up to you if you want to follow that advice, I personally have been through two anti-depressants that left me worse off than when I started. Just my experience. Good luck finding the proper support network, sorry to hear you've been down lately.

Im glad you stopped the meds. I used to be on meds when I was younger, and I have nothing against people using medication to help with their lives, I just seemed to have an adverse reaction. I had MAJOR mood swings the last time I tried to get back on meds and it freaked me out. I was on them for maybe a week and stopped. Same situation where I would burst into tears over random, unimportant things. That alone, made me question my desire to seek help using medication and decided that wasn't the route for me.

I love ordering clothes online cause t-shirts are usually a safe bet and you can get some cool stuff from those bigcartel/small web-based businesses. one time though, I ordered a medium shirt but they sent me this tiny ass child's small. I tried to contact them about returning it several times but they just never responded to any of my e-mails. And no one want's to buy their little kid a shirt of Kirby with a tentacle coming out of it's mouth, apparently. sidenote: I like the way you've decorated your living room or whatever, the white/green is super pleasing and clean looking to me. looking forward to the next one.
