Just got my straight my teeth impression kit back Jo, done the impressions and put a video up but a message back saying I've done them wrong but got no base and catalyst left except one so awaiting a reply from them to see what I've done wrong because they look right to me.. I'm so gutted this will take longer cos I'm in the middle of moving homes now Corona restrictions have eased.. and I have so much on my plate, literally 😭 can you help? I've checked out photos of bad and good impressions and mine don't look that bad but if they say they are, then they are.

It was such a good video.. it's on my YT page and I'll have to take it down soon, gutted cos I never liked my voice more than I have in that video, I always hate my voice.. in my aligner journey I plan to show my face and teeth, it's just I had to use my phone as a stopwatch so couldn't use video 😂😂😂
