As someone who has played a lot of tarkov, there's plenty of small details they have in common. Difference is the learning curve isnt as punishing, its easier to play, and overall just a soft toned down and more enjoyable variant of tarkov

so before you get angry and pissy like a child, there’s a setting in the game that changes this i’m sure i saw when i was looking through settings. it warns you that it’ll impact performance if enabled

The reason why games don't do this is because to do that you have to dual render which, you guessed it, halves your frames since you have to render the game twice.
