Thats been the shtick for all of gen 9. People are tired of rainbow rares, alternate arts are fresh and new, provided they have good colors and don’t look like a hot topic clearance rack as in the case of shrouded fumble.

I think there are a few decent cards in Shrouded Fable, but I think Stellar Crown will be worlds better possibly one of the best SV sets yet.

The English set will have some more cards, for example the gold Darkness and Metal cards. So it will be slightly better than a 3,5, but I agree. It will not score well.

BRO, the best way to put SF is that the promo cards in the collection boxes will be the top chase for everyone😂. The kingdra and Greninja SLAP! And should have been SIR ( they basically already look like it)

I'm hoping that once they get all the Scarlet/Violet game's DLC content out through the cards (so this set and Stellar) they will get to some absolute fire. One thing that was emphasized in the game's second DLC was that everyone at Blueberry Academy double battles...so could we see a Team Up / Tag Team-esque set late in the Scarlet & Violet era? Also love the rumors and Japanese trademarks filed for a rocket set and a special dragon set. I will have to get a second mortgage if they release a Team Rocket set and give it the 151 treatment. Dark SIRs 🥴

I think there's 3 illustration rares and two gold energies (darkness & metal) you missed... not sure that'll change the score as the 3 illustration rares are also munkidori, fezandipiti, and okidogi (non ex - they were supposed to be in Twilight Masquerade but they got pushed to Shrouded Fable)

I'm waiting for a set called like, Pokemon: On the Offensive, and it's a set based all around attacks. Ex's, IR's, SIRs are all revolving around a pokemon doing an attack that is also the attack on the card when you play the game. And you can also add "tag team" cards where there's two pokemon in an art image so it looks more like a battle (charizard vs mewtwo, or charizard vs venusaur) that we've seen. Pokemon is based around two worlds, the leisurely hang out with your pokemong which is the art we're getting, but there's another side, battles...and we need that type of artwork.

Reminds me a lot of how I felt about Temporal. Some redeeming cards (entirely IR’s) but overall not much to chase. I’ll buy the IR’s and the kingdra/Greninja collections, but focus on Twilight Masquerade until Stellar Crown

Add in those 3 missing IR's, and actually, this is one of the BEST collections of IR's of any set IMO. However, there is arguably no big chase IR. And the SIR's are maybe the worst. But I'm open to changing my mind LOL.
