This set is tough to pull IRs. Took me like 50 packs to finally pull an art rare .

Opened the Kingdra box (5 packs) - no hits, not even a reverse energy. Opened the Pecharunt (three packs). 0 Hits, not even a reverse energy. Opened the Kingambit box (four packs). Got one regular EX and one reverse holo energy. Opened the Greninja box (five packs). Got one IR and two reverse energy (both lightning). Screw this set.

As a competitive tcg player the consistentcy of stretcher and janine helped me build my okidogi deck after only a few packs. The set at least has good pull rates for the meta cards

Always wish they made BB for these special sets. I also don't get why they make the chase from Japanese into our Promos. Ruins a little of the chase in my opinion. Oh well, what are you gonna do haha. Definitely dig these colors of the set though! I miss the yellow borders, but can appreciate certain art with the silver still. I'm always torn on the border thing since English converted over to them.

Cool to see you take a crack at this set. I've only opened the Greninja and Kingambit boxes plus one mini tin and a 3-pack. I have like 3 exs and the Fezendipti IR. The Greninja box gave me nothing, haha. It was definitely a calculated move by Pokémon to make all those dope box collection cards promos. It may be the one thing that keeps people buying into it. I think it's an okay set. Some great IRs. The pull rate seems a bit whack, tho.

Ngl, promo quality was better than I was expecting! Japanese will still demolish it once it releases though. No chance it stays exclusive to English. Real talk though, Shrouded Fable is def rough, but imo that's mostly because most people only want the IRs from the set (me included).
