Forgive my ignorance because I don't know much about gta v on pc but is this like a mod or can you actually create gamemodes like this on pc with the in-game job creator thing? if it's a mod, how iffy is rockstar about it? because I know they're strict with mod menus that people keep creating for gta online.

its another launcher which has its own servers and stuff. this is not the only gamemode, there is also racing and roleplay stuff. it is not bannable because youre not playing on the actual rockstar servers im pretty sure :)
