Have you tried feta? I know that real Feta is supposed to be made from either half goats milk and half sheep's milk or my favorite full sheep's milk. I don't know if it would work with your setup but it's worth thinking about. Love to hear your insights on cheese making. I never tried it myself. I'm mostly a yogurt maker. Used to make Kombucha way back in the day. Did and still make yogurt on and off the road. Thanks for all of your information and knowledge that you give to us all.😊

Yeah ive made feta but its not as diversely used since it doesnt stereotypically melt and its too heavy of a preservation method with oil, brine or whey bath in a glass jar just for one puck of cheese i would only be able to haul around 1/4 the amount of cheese.
