It looks stunning. I would love to try this but it doesn't have any sweetener so I am a little confused about the taste.

It depends on the type of chocolate you’re using.. Japanese chocolate tends to be very sweet so even though dark chocolate was used, it did not require additional sweeteners...

I’ve read a comment here which said they added 3 table spoons of sugar, and used chocolate instead of dark chocolate and it tasted great so maybe you could try that too :)
