I love the technique you use in every recipe you make mostly because you do everything by hand and just use the mixer when it comes to beat egg whites. It is also very relaxing watching your videos. I have made several recipes following you step by step and they have came out amazingly good. Thanks a lot lol😋

I tried this recipe yesterday and it turned out delicious and fluffy! The only thing I did different was to add the double amount of egg, since I've seen many western recipes failing at the meringue step. I don't know how you guys make it, maybe its my city height over the level of the sea (2500 meters) or just that you're experts lol. Thank you very much for this amazing and delicious recipe.

For those finding the cake not baked enough, use a larger baking pan, 8 or 9 inches round or square. A cake that deep is hard to cook through. You could also use a pan with a hole in the center.

A very different type of cake...the texture is mostly that of souffle and less of cake. A very healthy dessert. When I try next, I should increase the sugar though. Also the baking instructions could have been clearer. I didn't have apricot jam. So I took strawberry jam. Certainly a 9/10 for this one. Do try it out.

Hi there. Two questions.1) Can I use this soufflé cake for my mousse cake? 2)Is this cake moist?
Did anyone truly try this out? I tried and it turns out it was a bit too sour and not sweet enough for me. I didn't drain the yogurt but use no-sugar greek yogurt instead and somehow forgot the milk😅Since I only had 170 grams of greek yogurt I added 20 grams of cream cheese. The texture was better than expected tho, just like how Japanese cheesecake tastes like.

Basically when yogurt is drained it becomes cream cheese. Might as well use cream cheese.

The finished result is very very soft. I was stupid that I didn’t see the part “cool in the refrigerator”, and I didn’t have a baking pan like the one she has, so I flipped it over like I did for another japanese pound cake. Well, that pretty much a sure way to destroy the cake! Maybe someone will learn from my errors. I will retry this, though.

I tried a couple of her recipes and they are so good!! I love them. However, this recipe, Yogurt Souffle Cake, was not very good, the cake was too foamy and does not have much flavor at all. I am sorry for a negative comment. But I still like and trust her recipes.
