For those confused on the possum/opossum thing a possum is an animal that is native to Australia, an opossum (as Shelby said, pronounced either way) is found across North America and some parts of South America. The Australian possum is much larger and is less likely to use the "play dead" tactic as it will have the opposite affect down there. The larger the creature the more likely scavengers will go after it.

Hey Shelby maybe for your kinda dragon base you could dig a cute little treasure cave, with like gold and amythest and hidden chests for the treasures you find. I just think it would fit the "Shy, tucked-away, private" personality a lot. It could also be in a mountain or something so you can use your ability to fly up to it. That would be cool.
