Shelby is adorable and this is why: Xornoth is trying to get Shubble on the dark side but while she has the extra power she wouldn't hurt anything innocent (like the villager). But when she is forced to use it on the zombie she kills it and it drops rotten flesh....then her first instinct is to PICK UP THE FOOD AND FEED HER DOG! that's absolutely adorable.

Joey and the Xornoth aren't married. There together and Joey sometimes misspoke and forgot to say future husband. Which is why how he referred to Xornoth changed a lot in non-chronological order. Like when he killed the dragon and called Xornoth his husband, but in all future episodes it was boyfriend/future husband most of the time

I think it was pretty cool how Shubble was initially very afraid of Xornoth, fleeing when he appeared and only making threats when he was far away, but the moment he starts preaching about fear over love, that’s when Shubble gains courage. It could also have something to do with Lord of Mars dying, but it’s still adorable how these are the reasons why Shubble stands up to the demon.
