Awe Shuckey Duckey! Now that I know that he’s from Dallas, it brings back the memory of my grandfather (Poppa). In East Texas and Louisiana, the phrase “awe shuckins” was a phrase tied to anything that was extremely comedic. When Poppa had a heartfelt laugh, he would say that. The term Shuckey Duckey is used in the same way. He just added a rhyme to the phrase.

I seen Shuckey on Uptown Comedy club and the phrase stuck in my mind. After that I couldn't stop saying it, to the point where people thought I was him. Even had a relative go to his show expecting to see me 😮. When she got home she told me about it and I lmao. Till this day 20 years later people greet me with Shuckey ducky quack quack. Shuckey ducked will not be forgotten for a looonnnggggggg while 😁😂😂

Thanks to this show, I find out that Steve Harvey helped MANY comedians (including Pierre) when he made it back in the day.
