I got beat with an extension cord. I learned to respect my parents, and I loved them both. I felt loved 🥰 as well. Some of the children today aren’t raised to respect their elders, or anyone else. It’s sad 😞

My mom hit me 3 licks with that once. I had a scar on my arm until I was 35. I know she felt like crap and never did it again. Same with a switch. When I was 16 she had me lay on the bed and with a belt she whooped my ass. That was the last time. She was 33 and never got her butt whipped as a child. I told my sister who was 7 at the time, she better not touch me like that again. My mom slept with her bedroom door locked until I moved out highschool graduation day. There are some things parents should never hit their children with. I am 51 now and haven't spoken to her in at least 10 years.

True story: My mom used to babysit my cousin when she was pregnant with my older sister. He was running through the house and she told him to stop. Of course he didn't ran right past her so she did this exact move picked up a shoe to throw at him and went into labor.
